This is what happens when a certain two-year-old fights sleep...he finally falls asleep in Mommy and Daddy's bed while reading a book. This is what happens just before Mark goes on his bike...he sits on the ground to put his shoes on.

This is what happens while two little boys are waiting for Daddy to come back and we have an open field...they go a little crazy.

This is what happens when Mark works hard to train for his races...he finishes with a smile on his face.

This is what happens when four children who are waiting for their Mommy and Daddy...they make friends and wait and watch together.

This is what happens when you finish a race...you have cool-looking leg muscles that you have to stretch really well.

This is what happens when you have a wife who likes to take different pictures...you get a close-up of a quad stretch.

This is what happens when you finish reading a blog post...you leave a wonderful comment on how wonderful the writer is :)
